Bench Dip Station targets arm and core strength development, and offers levels of of training due to the different bar heights.  The user holds onto the dip bars, lowers to the level of the seat, then raises back to the starting position. Designed for ages 13 and up.

Choose from a variety of colors for both the poles and deck:

• Pole Colors (5 options): Blue, Light Green, Metallic, Black, or Red.
• Deck Colors (3 options): Blue, Red, or Gray.
